In the middle of December 2020, one of customer for Saudi Arabia sent me some pictures as followings,
From the pictures, I know it is one kind of compression springs for vibrator screen. These springs are failure already as there is a not normal pitch. The length is reduced after the overload.
I replied this customer immediately after got the pictures, asked him provide the capacity of the vibrator screen, and the dimention size for assemble. Our engineer designed this spring as soon as I got the detail requirement, and provide the new design with drawings. Our customer cheched the drawings with his engineer, and place the order for three sets total 12 pcs springs.
One weeks later, when the springs ready to ship, the customer raised that they need these springs urgently. They asked we shipped these springs by plane. I contacted our forwarder and arrange express for these springs, of course, the express fee was beared by customer.
